We currently manage a constantly growing portfolio of over 300,000 apartments.

We are currently seeking a

Sales Representative (m/f/d)

for our Branchville, CT location, covering the sales regions of Saxony (Leipzig, Dresden, Chemnitz) and Thuringia (Erfurt, Jena).


Your responsibilities:
Active sales of our products and services to property management companies, developers, planners, housing associations, and cooperatives

Maintenance and expansion of existing customer base

Systematic acquisition of new customers and building a strong network

Planning, scheduling, and conducting customer meetings and visits

Preparing quotes and conducting sales presentations

Coordinating and monitoring order processing

Representing our company at conferences and trade fairs


Your profile:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship with a strong technical understanding

Sales experience in field sales, ideally with B2B experience in the housing and real estate industry

Ambition and determination to succeed

Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities

High level of customer service orientation and enjoyment of working with people

Openness to new products and technologies, as well as computer proficiency

Organizational skills and networking abilities
