The
Receiving & RMA Lead will play a crucial role in coordinating receivables to drive the highly dynamic warehouse, ensuring it meets daily customer demands by fulfilling orders promptly and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities for this position include leading the receiving and RMA process through our order management software as we scale.

The
Receiving & RMA Lead is responsible for meeting the operational goals of
ConnectUs and will help define the processes, procedures, and systems to support scalable and long-term growth.


MUST HAVE strong attention to detail.

This person will naturally prioritize customers. They will strive to "wow" in every interaction.

  • Oversees incoming receipts of products and mobile devices to ensure accuracy, and completeness to ensure timely delivery of quality products to customers.
  • Proficient with prioritizing orders for crossdocking and proper warehouse assignment
  • Collaborates regularly with other departments such as Production, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Project Management to ensure timely and accurate receipt and shipment of material.
  • Leads and improves team performance by developing optimal work schedules/workflow, training employees, counseling and disciplining employees, resolving conflicts, planning, monitoring, and appraising staff performance while fostering teamwork, commitment, respect and trust, pride, and ownership.
  • Oversees the activities in receiving, storing, quality control, inventory control, and returns managed.
  • Provides leadership in identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements and efficiencies within the receiving & RMA process.
  • Acts as working back up in other warehouse & operations positions as needed.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure that any unforeseen circumstances get reported to back office teams.

Requirements:


  • 35 years prior Logistics, Shipping, and Warehouse Experience
  • 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Forklift Certified Trainer preferred
  • College degree preferred
