Your path to success
You will be the first point of contact for our fleet customers and handle all inquiries related to leasing contracts and contract adjustments.
As a Customer Service Officer (m/f/d), you will also have the following responsibilities:
- You actively advise on the use of alternative vehicles, especially hybrid and electric vehicles
- You are responsible for vehicle calculations and user consultation and support
- You work closely with the field sales team and other departments
- You assist with customer verification and antimoney laundering checks
- You take on project tasks within your role
