- Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Develop and distribute communication materials related to benefits programs, including open enrollment materials, plan summaries, and updates on policy changes.
- Manage all US employee leaves of absence.
- Conduct employee education sessions to enhance understanding of benefits offerings and enrollment processes.
- Support People team initiatives such as our quarterly performance management cycles, new employee orientation and employee onboarding & offboarding activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Managed benefit programs and leaves of absence in a company with a strong employee presence in Massachusetts and nationally.
- An understanding of US benefits regulations, including FMLA & MAPFML.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Drive: You understand how to support employees through sensitive life moments with discretion while moving challenging situations forward to a resolution.
