We are currently looking for you as a Contract and Claim Management Consultant (m/f/d) for DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH at our location in Berlin.

Your tasks:

Your main task is to ensure the timely, contractual, and cost-compliant implementation of construction supervision services in the contractually agreed quality.

You support the management of our construction supervision center and construction offices in contract review and act as a contact person for the team regarding questions about contract and claim management for construction supervision contracts.

Your main focus is on monitoring claim reviews and implementing controlling measures to track claim processing, thus proactively managing claims in accordance with external regulations and internal processes.

You work closely with the project management of the client and the contractor.

You are involved in managing VOB notifications (additional cost, delay, and objection notifications) and, in coordination with the project management, in drafting correspondence to defend against and prevent unjustified claims.
