The Service Plumber is responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing, assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, or plumbing fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems according to plumbing codes.
In this capacity, you will be responsible to respond to work orders that range from routine maintenance to emergency calls to assist customers with their commercial plumbing needs.
RequirementsPrimary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Respond to work orders utilizing android app and properly document pertinent information through the life span of work orderResponsible for service, repair, and installation of commercial plumbing systems, which may contain but is not limited to leaky faucets, power rodding, water line jetting, water heater installing, etc.
Prepare job scope-of-work to include time estimates and material requirementsTrouble-shoot to determine necessary repairsProvide a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers while maintaining timely and consistent communications with client and internal CLM support teamFollow state and local plumbing regulations and OSHA safety standardsActively participate in and complete all required training programsParticipate in on-call rotation that includes nights and weekendsCompletes other duties as assigned or requiredRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent2+ proven years of work experience as plumber or equivalentSkilled and well-rounded in all aspects of plumbing and service maintenance plumbingFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipment, ability to operate a cable machine a mustMust have organizational skills and communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to conduct oneself with integrity and professionalismProven experience working independently as well as part of a teamComfortable with traveling to multiple locations within a geographic area throughout shiftMust have flexible availability that includes evenings, weekends, holidays & on-call rotationAbility to pass a background check, drug screen and MVR checkCapacity to use smart phones and/or tablets proficientlyAdditional Experience:

Salary Description $25 - $30/hr
