Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Manage and maintain Google calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Work with the Jersey City Building Dept, Zoning Dept, and Historic Preservation to obtain permits necessary to perform construction in Jersey City
  • Provide general administrative support to staff members

Requirements:


  • Some experience in an administrative/receptionist role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel) and Google Drive (doc, spreadsheets, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This is a part time position for the hours of 12pm to 4pm Monday through Friday. Some flexibility in schedule is possible.
