Job Summary:
Duties:
- Manage and maintain Google calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Work with the Jersey City Building Dept, Zoning Dept, and Historic Preservation to obtain permits necessary to perform construction in Jersey City
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
Requirements:
- Some experience in an administrative/receptionist role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel) and Google Drive (doc, spreadsheets, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
