For our long-standing client in the railway vehicle construction industry, we are looking for experienced and technically skilled employees (m/f/d) in customer service in Progress Village, FL.

The workplace is located in the west of Leipzig and is easily accessible by public transportation.

What you will do:

  • Maintenance of railway vehicles delivered to customers
  • Acceptance of new vehicles at our facility and at customer sites
  • Conducting independent inspections and tests
  • Performing assembly tasks repairing, modernizing, and maintaining railway vehicles
  • Analyzing and resolving onsite malfunctions
  • Oncall and standby duty

What you bring:

  • You have successfully completed a specialized training in mechatronics/electrical engineering.
  • You have professional experience in the field of railway/tram construction or commissioning.
  • You have a pragmatic and analytical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of English in spoken and written form is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • A valid driver's license (class B) is mandatory.
  • You are determined, dedicated, and your work is characterized by independence, reliability, and teamwork.
  • You are communicative and have a confident demeanor towards customers.
