Our Team:


At Sanofi, we are assembling a team of exceptional individuals for our General Medicines business unit, which has a diverse portfolio in Diabetes and Cardiovascular.

Our employees are the key to our success, and as the "Customer Centricity Head," you will play a crucial role in ensuring a customer-focused approach by collaborating with Sales hubs, implementing national campaigns, and segmenting customers.


Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the Customer Segment Leads and Area Customer Centricity Leads, utilizing bestinclass content and channel tactics
  • Ensure alignment of customer needs with Sanofi General Medicines' capabilities to deliver a unique value proposition through a range of products, services, and solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and opportunities for the General Medicines portfolio within specific customer segments
  • Monitor the implementation of areaspecific projects and national campaigns in collaboration with Commercial Leads and Growth Leads
  • Manage and develop direct reports (12) and key talents with support from the People & Culture team
  • Adhere to corporate commitment and compliance guidelines within the business unit

About you:

Education and professional experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven successful management experience
  • Exposure to an international environment with a strong understanding of marketing, sales, and finance, as well as experience in project management, business development, production, registration, legal, and logistics

Soft skills:

  • Strong people management skills and ability to develop new talents
  • Ability to engage and collaborate
