Interdisciplinary Therapy Manager (m/f/d) full-time

Job Description:

Your Tasks

Management, coordination, and dynamic leadership of the interdisciplinary therapy team in the fields of orthopedics, neurology, geriatrics, and pain therapy in close coordination with the clinic management and chief physicians
Organization of therapy processes based on economic, professional, and quality aspects
Ensuring therapeutic services for patients, personnel planning, vacation planning, and further education planning
Development of new and existing therapy concepts, e.g. through the use of virtual reality glasses for playful occupational therapy treatment
Organization and monitoring of central appointment and therapy planning, as well as therapy controlling
Responsibility for the quality management of therapy areas
