    $80,000 - $120,000 per year

    Our rapidly expanding construction client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain General Ledger
    • Unit job costing
    • Set up track contracts, subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders
    • Review budget-to-actuals and commitments on project-to-date
    • Review construction applications for payment and prepare draw against contract via AIA or invoices/lien releases
    • Responsible for monthly cash reconciliation
    • Prepare final trial balances for reporting and tax returns
    Job Details


    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. A Master's Degree or CPA certification is a plus.
    2. 2+ years relevant experience.

    • Strong understanding of accounting theory and experience with general ledger functions.
    • High proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
