- Master's degree (MSN)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Family Practice/Primary Care setting
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in Indiana
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (preferred)
- Understanding of workplace health and safety principles and OSHA regulations
- Current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for medical providers
- Certification to prescribe medications under the Collaborative Physician's authority in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Thorough knowledge and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical quality standards
- Proficiency in computer skills including Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software
- Training experience is a plus
- Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and workflow management
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically Athena, is preferred
