    Job Description Qualifications:

    Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer (Mid-Level or Senior) to join our F-15 Program in Berkeley, Missouri.

    This position will support critical Quality Engineering support for the F-15 production.


    Position Responsibilities:


    Leads integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.

    Provides interpretation of complex requirements.

    Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for the program to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

    Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.
    Develops and selects methods for analysis to ensure manufacturing readiness.
    Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
    Develops and implements corrective actions.
    Performs benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
    Works under minimal direction.
    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
    This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry1+ year of experience working in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or in a regulated industry3+ years of experience developing/managing metrics root cause corrective actions (RCCA)

    Experience analyzing data and generating metrics reportsExperience with AS9100 or ISO9000 and/or similar QMS StandardPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


    Level 4: 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100))

    Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; and developing conclusionsTypical Education & Experience:
    Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g.

    Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.

    PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

    Level 4:
    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g.

    Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.

    PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
