    Compensation: Starting wages are $16.50 an hour, but increase based on your level of experience

    Requirements:

    • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Ability to ascend ladders safely
    • Capability to lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs independently
    • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
    • Proficiency in using basic tools
    • Strong teamwork skills
    • Dependable and punctual attendance for assigned jobs
    • Eagerness to learn and grow
    • Successful completion of drug screening and background check
