- Examine specifications, blueprints, proposals, and other documents to understand the project as a whole.
- Prepare estimates, written proposals, and budgets.
- Visit job sites to obtain all necessary takeoff information as well as get contracts signed.
- 3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is necessary
- Stellar communication, project management, and time-management skills are crucial
