Full-Time Hybrid Position

Our Award Winning Client is a nationally recognized leader in the pharmaceutical industry, known for their innovative approaches and dedication to excellence. We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an OT Infrastructure & Services Lead.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of network/infrastructure engineers, providing leadership, coaching, and training.
  • Manage IT OT infrastructure, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for problem, data, risk, and impact analyses.
  • Manage client and server infrastructures throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Participate in business integration and automation engineering projects.
  • Oversee infrastructurerelated activities including patch management, antivirus deployment, backup, disaster recovery, and Active Directory management.
  • Provide sitespecific and domain expertise, driving the IT OT digitalization strategy.
  • Support commissioning and startup activities of new process control systems.

Required Skills:


  • 710 years of relevant experience in IT OT engineering within the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent.
  • Experience in highlyregulated industries, preferably Life Sciences.
  • Proficiency in IT architecture, infrastructure, quality, and security.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in Computer Systems Validation (CSV) preferred.

Pay:
$132, $185,000.00 per year
