Then you've come to the right place We are currently looking for a full-time Specialist Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d) to join our HR People Strategy team in Elyria, OH.


Your new responsibilities:


  • Assisting with the smooth processing and management of the annual bonus process and salary reviews
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of all compensation processes, tools, and programs
  • Managing benefits for approximately 23,000 employees at our locations throughout Germany and participating in their further development
  • Managing the companywide employee share ownership program in coordination with the French project team
  • Preparing executive decisions and supporting reporting
  • Managing the Appraisal module in a Europewide HR-IT platform

What you bring to the table:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or human resources
  • Extensive professional experience in HR Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong affinity for numbers and ability to process and analyze them, as well as analytical and structured work style
  • High commitment and willingness to perform, handson mentality, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables), macros are not a must but a plus
