- Support management in preparation of the annual and quarterly tax provision calculations in accordance with ASC 740.
- Support management in preparation of estimates of tax expenses for strategic and annual operating plans.
- Assist on as needed basis in preparation of U.S. Federal & State Income and Franchise Tax returns.
- Assist with federal & state tax related projects and research.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance related field.
- Minimum three years of Finance experience required; with 2-5 years of tax experience preferred.
- Pursuit of CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting multiple goals or deadlines.
- Ability to communicate data findings to various levels within the organization.

Position Summary
The successful candidate will be part of a core tax group with deep focus on accounting for income taxes (strategic, annual plan, quarterly reporting and accounting implications of restructuring).
Basic accounting skills, attention to details, and ability to work as part of a team are necessary for this position.
Today, Teleflex tax functions includes 18 dedicated tax professionals residing in three different jurisdictions who oversee all aspects of direct income taxes globally.
