For our headquarters in Randersacker, we are currently looking for a:

Service and Support Employee in the field of medical technology (m/f/d)

You:

support sleep labs, medical practices, and dealers in the field of sleep diagnostics and cardiology and act as a link to our customers
handle service requests by phone, email, or remote maintenance
provide competent advice, both by phone and on-site
conduct trainings in Germany and abroad
provide technical instruction to customers and present products on-site
