Description
The position of Equipment Manufacturing Employee is a responsible role within our equipment assembly department. The position is initially for a 12-month period and reports to the Shopfloor Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing the work order for completeness and accuracy, and clarifying if necessary.
  • Assembling materials/parts according to bill of materials.
  • Setting up, converting, and operating workstations and equipment. Providing material components and auxiliary materials.
  • Performing complete assembly.
  • Assembling various components according to standardized methods and drawings/assembly plans. Assembly is done by hand and using machines.
  • Assembly is done by screwing, pinning, pressing, gluing, inserting, and soldering.
  • Conducting visual inspections of assembled components/devices according to samples.
  • Correcting errors and performing rework if necessary.
  • Operating and monitoring equipment.
  • Supplying materials to the equipment, storing delivered parts.
  • Reporting any malfunctions to the responsible specialist.
  • Conducting quality control/documentation and performing functional tests.
  • Documenting and providing feedback in the work order documents (paper or electronic form).

Qualifications:

  • You have completed a specialized vocational training, for example in the field of electronics.
  • Specialized work experience in the assembly of electronic devices is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of reading drawings/bills of materials.
  • A high quality awareness and independent work style.
  • Very good technical understanding.
  • You are also resilient, able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, and work carefully and attentively
