Your Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements management in development projects from requirement gathering, documentation, prioritization, and consolidation to implementation
Manage tool-based requirement documentation
Develop the requirements management process
Train employees in requirements management

Your Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or natural sciences
Several years of experience in gathering and managing requirements
Experience working in cross-functional project teams
Certification in requirements engineering/management
Experience in modeling processes and systems (UML, SYSML, etc.) is a plus
Previous experience as a development engineer in mechanical engineering, electronics, or computer science is a plus
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Openness and ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics and technologies
Talent for moderating meetings and conflict resolution
Strong communication skills and open and cooperative manner
Methodical and independent work style
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
