12 month position hours a week)-
Required Educational Background/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in either early childhood education, elementary education, child development or a related field. AND At least one year of teaching experience in a child care center or similar setting AND at least one year of experience supervising staff.
- Ensure compliance with license regulations at all times
- Supervision of all staff
- Interviewing/Screening of potential employees
- Create and promote a positive work environment for employees
- Create and promote a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Observe and document staff development
- Assist in training staff
- Office Management keeping all staff and children's files up to date.

Pay:
$42, $49,000.00 per year
