What You'll be Doing

  • Lead the teams that plan, craft, and execute the NA APAC demand generation programs and work closely with other crossfunctional leaders in product marketing, performance marketing, ABM, SDR leadership, and corporate marketing to generate pipeline and ultimately hit our revenue targets.
  • Serve and mentor our highperforming demand generation team of 10+ to drive pipeline growth, new customer acquisition, and crosssell/upsell opportunities.
  • Own, monitor, and forecast funnel conversion rates across channels, sales teams, and segments, proactively escalating trends and identifying areas of opportunity.
  • Research launch digital programs like content syndication and paytoplay sponsorships to enhance online presence and drive qualified leads for our sales teams.
  • Develop and implement customer marketing programs to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities.
  • Drive the strategy and execution for NinjaOne's field event program, including networking meetups, luxury sports events, trade shows, educational summits, channel events and more.
  • Manage our annual trade show calendar which includes 50+ conferences across NA APAC and find ways to optimize brand exposure and lead generation.
  • Ensure NinjaOne's brand is represented accurately and consistently at all field events and conferences.
  • Manage the webinar and virtual event calendar and find ways to drive more attendance, engagement, and pipeline from these programs.
  • Oversee the Go-ToMarket (GTM) strategies and tactics for FedRAMP initiatives, ensuring compliance and market penetration.
  • Develop and implement topoffunnel (TOF) and middleoffunnel (MOF) SDR and Account Executive (AE) promotions and incentives
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in technology or SaaS marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
  • 8+ years of expertise in funnel forecasting, enterprise marketing, customer upsell/crosssell, SDR programs, and ROIdriven budget management
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience with an emphasis on leadership and crossfunctional partnerships and global expertise
  • Experience selling into Federal SLED greatly preferred
  • Prior experience with both the direct and channel sales motion required
  • Experience in managing budgets and PL for marketing initiatives exceeding $5 million
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in event management, trade shows, and overall marketing strategy
  • You thrive in hypergrowth tech startup environments consider yourself wellversed in B2B SaaS product marketing
  • Experience with Asana, Salesforce, Pardot, Tableau, Salesloft required

Additional Information


Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills.

The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 per year.
