On behalf of a senior facility in the Berlin area, we are currently looking for a Residential Care Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Managing a residential unit within a senior residence
  • Ensuring individualized care and support for residents
  • Leading and developing the nursing team
  • Coordinating and documenting nursing processes
  • Promoting a respectful and dignified approach towards residents
  • Working closely with family members, doctors, and other professionals
  • Continuously improving the quality and standards of care

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed training in elderly or nursing care (at least according to §71 SGB XI)
  • Further education as a Residential Care Manager or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in managing nursing units
  • Empathy and appreciation in dealing
