We are seeking a talented Financial Systems Administrator to join our client, a provider of technologically advanced solutions to enable the worldwide energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Financial Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the viability of key Finance Systems, including Blackline, Basware, and EDM (Oracle Enterprise Data Management).
Your responsibilities will include system operation, administration, usability, and ongoing support.You will collaborate with cross-functional team members in Finance/Accounting and other areas to identify opportunities for using systems to improve process efficiency, implement process controls, and support business needs and growth.
ConfigurationsPrimary Responsibilities:
Review and update system settings while ensuring compliance with global design for an Oracle based system.
Configure, review, analyze, and resolve errors in data, coordinating with Enterprise System (IT)/Finance as needed.
Identify opportunities for process improvement while reviewing configuration changes.
Maintenance/Training
Create and maintain user accounts.
Manage account maintenance and release.
Provide training for new users and during system implementations.
Process Oversight
Review and troubleshoot pending requests, ensuring alignment with global design.
Monitor transaction statuses and address backlogged or aged items.
Provide helpdesk support for user questions and issues.
Facilitate audit documentation and engagement with external/internal auditors.
Collaborate with the global user group to drive process improvements and ensure system alignment with user needs.
Other Responsibilities
Perform any additional duties necessary for the successful management of financial tools for our Global Finance Teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science (Required).
5+ years of Accounting Systems experience.
Knowledge of accounting, finance, and business operations.
Strong financial, analytical, and systems skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Willingness to learn and drive process improvements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with Blackline (any modules), Basware, or EDM is preferred.
Team player with a responsive approach to urgent system issues and demonstrated cross-functional collaboration experience.
Experience working with data is a plus.
Strong understanding of SOX compliance.

Travel
Annual maximum of 20%, including domestic and international travel.
Salary Range:
$100,000.00 USD - $120,000.00 USD
This position is best suited for a Financial Analyst, Controller or Accounting professional with strong Oracle and Blackline experience.
