We are continuing to grow and are looking to add to our team of passionate Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses & Registered Nurses invested in patient's care.


Cases we have available:


  • 10 y/o GB patient available Mon-Sun 7a5p
  • 5 y/o GB/Bipap (via vent) patient available Sat & Sun 7a7p

Responsibilities:


  • Provide 11 nursing care for pediatric population 020.
  • Monitor vital signs and providing safe and competent care.
  • Ensure that plan of care is reviewed and followed for appropriate care.
  • Ability to update office regarding clarification of medications, changes of condition, & medical appointments.
  • Educate the family on medical care and training.

Qualifications:


  • Active LVN/LPN/RN license in the state of Texas.
  • American Red Cross CPR certification required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to train or enhance skills (enteral feedings, trach, ventilator etc.).
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 8090 pounds
  • The ability to work in a home environment.
  • EMR charting (no paper notes)

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, PRN


Pay:
$ $38.00 per hour
