Your responsibilities:


  • Supervising a group of eight to ten children and teenagers (two to three staff members per group)
  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating therapeutic group services
  • Taking responsibility for organizational, nursing, and household tasks within the group
  • Collaborating with parents and interdisciplinary teams

Your profile:


  • Education in the field of pedagogy (educator, special needs educator, assistant special needs educator, social care worker, or child care worker)
  • Both experienced professionals and entrylevel candidates are welcome
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or in child and youth services is an advantage
  • Willingness to establish a reliable relationship with the children and teenagers
  • Respectful and personcentered attitude
  • Independent, reliable, and responsible work ethic
