YOUR TASKS

Support the HR managers with all operational and organizational tasks
As a contact person for personnel administration, you are responsible for:
Creating and managing employment contracts, contract changes, and references
Independent tracking of appointments and monitoring of ongoing processes
Management of timekeeping
Maintaining and updating digital personnel files and data
Participation in the recruiting process
Support for personnel development measures
Assistance in personnel controlling and our company health management
Driving the digitization of the HR department (implementation of P&I Loga)
Participation in various HR projects at the location and within the Haberkorn Group
