The Schwarz IT KG is responsible as the central IT service provider for the selection, provision, operation and further development of IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications.

This includes providing IT services for Kaufland, Lidl and Schwarz Dienstleistung KG.

In order to support the departments with their business processes through IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers requirements from the departments in consultation meetings and works together with them to develop professional and efficient IT solutions.

In the Business Consulting Personnel department at Schwarz IT, we are the first point of contact (m/f/d) for HR-IT topics and recognized experts for technical issues related to SuccessFactors, including the Recruiting and Onboarding modules for companies within the Schwarz Group.
