Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and other relevant regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Provide training and education on safety practices, including occupational health and risk management
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
• Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, inspections, training, and compliance activities
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in safety management Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred
• Proven experience in safety coordination or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, NEC codes, and compliance management
• Strong understanding of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train employees on safety procedures
• Proficient in using construction management software for tracking safety-related data
• Familiarity with construction management practices is a plus
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks

$ $43.50 per hour
