    Description

    Overview:
    Park Dental Ridgepark is seeking a compassionate, professional
    Scheduling Manager to join our team-oriented practice. As a
    Scheduling manager you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams.

    You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.


    Responsibilities:

    Preferred Qualifications
    Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
    Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
    Professional customer service
    Effective communicator and team player

    Dental insurance knowledge is a plus


    Work Schedule:

    Monday:
    OFF Tuesday: 630a-215p Wednesday 130p-815p Thursday: OFF Friday: rotates: 630a-215p or 630a-415p
    • Saturdays 7a-2:45p 5x year
