ABOUT OUR CLIENT


Our client specializes in the production of stainless steel pipe fittings for industries such as oil & gas, chemical, water treatment, desalination plants, and shipbuilding.

The company employs approximately 200 employees.


At our client, you can expect a familiar and international work environment where you can actively participate in change processes.

Responsibilities

  • Organization and communication regarding various customer shipping requirements
  • Data maintenance and article management in the customer's merchandise management system (customs classification, weights)
  • Creation of orderrelated documents
  • Processing of export transactions (ATLAS, origin of goods, EUR 1, supplier declaration, certificate of origin, Intrastat, customs master data)
  • Coordination with freight forwarders and responsibility for shipping planning (AWB, BL, transport order)
  • Close cooperation with the finished goods warehouse and sales teams
  • Planning of shipping logistics and contact person for customs authorities as well as internal senior customer approval engineer
  • Participation in specialized audits
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in export processing
  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the metal industry
  • Very good German (C2) and English (C1) skills in spoken and written form
  • Proficient in various ERP systems and very good MS Office skills
  • Independent, teamoriented, and customeroriented work style
  • Creativity and willingness to support optimization processes
