Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide information about products and services
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services
  • Upsell products to increase revenue
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times

Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs
  • Experience with outbound calling is a plus

From $18.00 per hour
