- 10+ Years of expertise in MES Semiconductor domain.
- Proficiency in MES Business Analyst, Due Diligence, and Fit Gap Analysis.
- Capability to grasp customer requirements and offer solutions using Out of the Box (OOTB) product features to reduce customization.
- Knowledge in MES master data setup and configuration.
- Setting up and configuring master data, tailoring it to meet customer needs, enhancing its efficiency, or updating interfaces.
- Aptitude to persuade customers towards alternative approaches if a custom MES solution is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills: Established record of recognizing and overcoming project obstacles.
- Experience in Critical Manufacturing MES Tool.
- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end Manufacturing processes and comprehension of MES Modules.
- Thorough understanding of shop floor systems and manufacturing processes.
- Expertise in crafting SQL stored procedures.
- Conducting Unit testing, Functional testing, and Integration testing.
- Experience in Deployment, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live Support.
- Technical and functional Documentation.
