To strengthen our team at our Hamburg location (or nationwide locations), we are currently looking for a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for our credit insurance department to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • As an essential part of the department, you will be responsible for comprehensive internal customer consultation by independently addressing customer inquiries and actively communicating with our partners
  • Your skills in analyzing offers contribute to always obtaining favorable conditions and being able to respond optimally to the needs of our customers
  • You not only evaluate the results of tenders, but also summarize them concisely to provide a clear overview
  • You enjoy preparing customer appointments for our colleagues in the field and may also participate in them personally to actively shape the future of our customer relationships
  • You will independently support annual meetings and critically review documentation, demonstrating your commitment
