Responsibilities:

Provide information about the products and services to existing and potential customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating when necessary
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Foster a top-notch customer experience that elevates the brand

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities
Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
