Overview

Arizona Materials, part of Summit Materials, is seeking Groundman Laborers for our Aggregate division. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of plant equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining cleanliness of plant and equipment.
  • Performing general labor tasks like shoveling and sweeping.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.
  • Repairing crusher equipment and monitoring parts.
  • Operating skid steers.
  • Conducting basic plant maintenance.
  • Engaging in cross-training for skill enhancement.

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to follow instructions effectively.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • MSHA certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in quarry/mining industry preferred.
