    What the Job Entails:

    • Job Responsibilities:
      1. Outbound Sales Calls: You will initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers, engaging them in meaningful conversations about our plumbing, HVAC, drains, and electrical services. Your goal will be to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and persuade them to schedule appointments or utilize our services.
      2. Lead Generation: Generating leads will be a key aspect of your role. This includes cold calling, following up on inquiries, and utilizing various marketing strategies to identify potential clients. You will research potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor your pitch to effectively address their requirements.
      3. Customer Education: You will play a crucial role in educating customers about our services. This involves having a strong understanding of our offerings and effectively communicating the benefits to potential customers. You will need to be knowledgeable about our services to address any questions or concerns they may have.
      4. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is essential. You will address any inquiries or concerns potential customers may have, provide accurate information about our services, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process. Your goal will be to build rapport and trust with customers to facilitate sales.
      5. Sales Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities is critical. This includes documenting sales calls, recording customer information, and updating our CRM system with relevant data. These records will help track progress, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.
      6. Collaboration: Collaboration with the sales team is key to achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with team members to share insights, discuss strategies, and coordinate efforts to maximize sales opportunities. Being a team player and supporting your colleagues wherever necessary is important.
      7. Continuous Learning: As our services and industry evolve, you will be expected to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends. This may involve participating in training sessions, workshops, and ongoing education programs to enhance your skills and adapt to changing market dynamics.
