You are a confident sparring partner (m/f/d) for our specialists and managers, whom you professionally and on an equal footing support and advise - shining with competence, service orientation, reliability and discretion.
You are responsible for payroll in cooperation with our external payroll service provider. This includes not only monthly payroll, but also certification, interface with the internal finance department, and support for external reporting such as annual financial statements or social security audits.
You are responsible for administrative HR work as well as ongoing employee support throughout the employee life cycle.
You are responsible for applicant management and the implementation of recruiting measures, from job postings to correspondence with candidates.
You support the global HR team in various HR projects.
You accompany special projects such as the further development and digitalization in the HR area.
