About the Role:

The BCBA role is a hybrid position with remote work and quarterly travel requirements (one week per month). This setup allows for schedule flexibility and promotes a healthy work-life balance. Monthly paid travel and in-person supervision are mandatory for each client by the role incumbent.

All BCBAs must be within driving distance to our locations.

All Full-Time BCBAs work a 30-hour per week billable requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Use appropriate assessment instruments and data to develop and implement teaching programs aligned with the Individual Support Plan (ISP).
Ensure treatment plans' implementation, document contacts and observations, and strategize continuous improvements with professional knowledge and judgment.
Ensure all treatment plans meet contracted requirements and professional standards, striving for excellence.
Seek innovative options for service continuity and consistency throughout the client's lifespan.
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavioral Technicians.
Conduct assessments with clients and/or their parents/guardians.
Conduct regular parent training/meetings.
Participate in client care coordination as needed.
Under remote working conditions:
- Use a personal laptop/desktop with updated security features for work purposes only.
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance for patient data security.
- Ensure a reliable Internet connection.

Qualifications and Skills

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Ability to become an LBA licensee in Virginia.
1 year of applied behavior analysis and autism intervention experience preferred.
Willingness to travel locally at least once a month for in-person meetings essential.
Experience in remote clinical assessments, supervision, and parent training beneficial.
Familiarity with in-home services, child development, and diverse client support advantageous.
Strong team collaboration and conflict resolution abilities.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Self-monitoring, self-correction, and effective time management skills.
