*Pay Dependent on Experience. We will specify the exact range we are willing to offer. *Lease Up Commissions and Bonuses. Additionally, we will include reputation management bonuses as part of our comprehensive bonus structure to support review growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive leasing experience and ensure a seamless movein process.
  • Conduct weekly market surveys to stay informed about current market trends.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and initiatives to promote the community through outreach marketing.
  • Implement and adhere to the community's established policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs to increase occupancy.
  • Conduct inspections of apartments before resident movein to ensure they are in movein ready condition.
  • Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions, develop and implement short
- and long-term marketing plans and goals, and follow established policies to boost occupancy.

  • Manage property CRM and management software such as Knock and Appfolio.
  • Activate all community amenities to engage all five senses sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing.
  • Organize and host resident events to promote the resident living experience.
  • Ensure that the community and apartment homes exceed company standards for show quality by conducting daily proactive inspections and coordinating with the maintenance team.

Qualifications:


  • Required: 5 years of leasing consultant experience.
  • Preferred: 2 years of marketing experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well independently.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Understanding of housing market trends and practices.
  • Ability to negotiate lease terms with prospective residents.

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
