Our client, a global organization with over 2,000 employees worldwide, is looking for an Interim Junior IT PMO Project Coordinator to support the PMO and CIO office. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Interim Junior IT PMO Project Coordinator within the PMO, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the IT and digital transformation project portfolio. You will monitor and control project performance, ensuring adherence to project milestones and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

PMO Portfolio Monitoring:

Support the PMO in monitoring project portfolios, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
Assist in developing and maintaining project portfolio dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with project managers to identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues affecting project performance.

IT Spend & Budget Management:

Assist in developing and monitoring IT budgets across various projects and initiatives.
Track and analyze IT expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
