Weed Man, North America's largest franchised, locally owned lawn care company, is looking for a Lawn Care Technician / Route Manager to join our growing team in Springfield, MA.

As a lawn care professional, you will be responsible for servicing customers' lawns, and providing accurate lawn analyses in your route, while offering amazing customer service at all times.

Your enthusiasm, high energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation are necessary for being part of our team of lawn care applicators.

Responsibilities:


  • Lawn Technician drives and manages the route
  • Interacting with customers and ensuring topoftheline service while managing own route territory
  • Accurately measuring lawns, providing lawn care quotes
  • Completing lawn analyses and making service recommendations
  • Mandatory Saturdays Through April and May.

Skills:


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Advanced problemsolving skills
  • Proven time management

Qualifications:


  • Valid driver's license 3 years or more
  • Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, 810 hours per day
  • Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to work in a resultsoriented environment
  • Previous sales or industry experience is an asset but is not required

Pay:
$ $1,000.00 per week
