- Manage litigation case files, including electronic and paper documents.
- Prepare and proofread pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and conferences.
- Calendar deadlines, track court filings, and ensure timely case preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Manage legal budgets and prepare invoices for billing.
- Provide research and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in legal administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a litigation support role.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with legal software (e.g., case management systems) a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
