As part of our IT services and transformation, we provide services along the value chain of Consult-Design-Build-Operate-Manage (CD-BOM). We have organized topics such as ITSM/ServiceNow into practices, combining expertise with operational excellence.

These tasks await you:

  • In the first six months, the focus will be on getting to know our ITSM tools and familiarizing yourself with the processes
  • Performing manual tests to ensure the functionality and quality of our product services
  • Creating test concepts and plans for new services within our products
  • Close collaboration with the development team to identify and fix errors
