Join our Retention Team


We are looking for you - a
student assistant (m/f/d) to support our Retention Team Germany in day-to-day operations and evaluations.

You will work closely with colleagues responsible for customer retention in our company. This will greatly support your colleagues, as they will have the opportunity to focus on their core tasks.

We take care of all our small and medium-sized customers (SMEs) who contact us with a cancellation intention.

You can expect exciting topics related to digital payments, a great team and a diverse range of tasks.


Your main tasks are:


  • Support in administrative tasks in daytoday operations
  • Creation and preparation of evaluations
  • Management of reports
  • Distribution of customer processes in our Salesforce system and keeping track of followups
  • Commissioning of cancellations in the specialist departments, according to specifications
