This is an onsite position 5 days a week.


Position Summary:
We are recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to join our team.

You will be responsible for entering and validating payroll information, creating and maintaining payroll files and time record batches, researching and resolving time card questions, and participating in special projects.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create new hire folders
  • File paperwork into employee files
  • Distribute checks and reports to divisional contacts
  • Work with HR Representatives to resolve employee issues
  • Participate in special projects
  • Research and resolve employee related questions/issues
  • Comply with company policies as well and state/ federal, DOL & SOX regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year of general business experience in customer service, call center, and/or in a help desk environment
  • Beginning level proficiency with Excel (perform basic formulas)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers
  • Needs to have good computer skills.
  • Good attention to detail as they will be entering payroll hours for the managers.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or Associates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous payroll experience

$ $19.00 per hour
