Description

Job duties:


  • Coordinate surgery schedules for multiple surgeons, surgical assists, and equipment/vendors
  • Obtain insurance verification & authorizations
  • Coordinate labs and examinations as needed
  • Schedule pre
- and post-operative appointments

  • Ensure proper consent is received

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year surgery scheduling experience.
  • Extremely organized and detailoriented is a must.
- _Spanish is a plus._
- _Orthopedic experience is a plus_


Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

  • Surgery scheduling: 1 year (required)
  • Medical terminology: 1 year (preferred)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)
