At GSUL's allcove Sacramento Center, we're on a mission to transform youth mental health care, and we need your help We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Youth Outreach Specialist and Community Engagement Coordinator to be the driving force behind our efforts to empower and support vulnerable and marginalized youth in our community.

Your Role:


As our Youth Outreach Specialist and Community Engagement Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, connecting with young people and their families to promote mental health awareness and access to vital services.

You'll plan and facilitate workshops, organize engaging events, and champion our Elevate Youth California program, ensuring that allcove Sacramento is the go-to destination for youth mental health support.


What You'll Do:

Empowerment: Develop and implement a comprehensive community awareness plan to elevate the profile of allcove Sacramento among our target audience.

Connection: Coordinate exciting events and activities that bring young people together, reduce stigma, and promote early help-seeking behaviors.

Innovation: Collaborate with our Communications Lead to leverage digital platforms, engage youth online, and spread the word about our services.

Advocacy: Advocate for the needs of young people from diverse backgrounds, ensuring their voices are heard and their experiences are valued in all aspects of our programs and services.

Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that youth-focused services are delivered with excellence and impact.
