Job Title: Reliability Supervisor


Role & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for training, motivating, and ensuring safety for a team of Maintenance Planners, Reliability Coordinators, and Storekeepers.
  • Directs maintenance of plant equipment to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Ensures compliance with the Reliability Performance Model and provides necessary training to employees.
  • Collaborates with team members to develop asset planning and maintenance strategies.
  • Leads plant RPM Committee to identify areas for improvement and corrective action.
  • Develops and implements maintenance practices and safety programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Degree preferred with 2-3 years of experience in equipment reliability.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety compliance and predictive maintenance technologies.
